Every week, I meet with local business owners across San Diego. I learn about their businesses, their customers, their strengths, the problems they solve, and the growth they’re working toward.

Over time, I start to see what they can’t see from the inside.

Not because I’m looking for it. Because when you’re paying attention to enough businesses at once, the right connections become obvious.

Sometimes it’s a referral partner who serves the same customer in a completely different way.

Sometimes it’s a business that can collaborate on an event, a promotion, or a community project that benefits both.

And occasionally, an introduction grows into something that fundamentally changes the direction of a business.
